Winter time is fun, follow me.

Merry Christmas brothers and sisters, go out and celebrate the glory of winter but, always look both ways before crossing the street. I hope that today is filled with the one and only kind of love that comes with the birth of Jesus Christ. Our God should love us so much that He should come join us down here. Such hope and humility come in small package.

How small something can be to cause such big change. It is incredible what God does. You see, his son is born to the world and many many things happen now. Hope is brought back, light shines down from heaven, men and women have someone to follow, and there is a chance for life once again. To me, the biggest thing that happens here is a bold declaration.

Things are not going to be the same anymore and they never can be again.

This is God's declaration to the world with the birth of Jesus. What was is done and what is here is his son. Jesus will show us the way and we are to follow. I find that to be something that God will constantly remind us of in our own lives. The past is gone and it is time for the future made present. He beckons us to come follow and be apart of that and declares that things are not going to be the same anymore. People will often make such a declaration but there's a difference between our words and God's word. God's words are it and our words, well they can often amount to...crap. I'm thinking we should take God's word and rock that out you know and once again, always look both ways before crossing the street.
